Delivery - Australia Wide 

Furniture item's purchased via the NXS Studio website will be subject to relevant delivery fees. 

A team member will be in contact with you allowing for up to 4 days notice prior the delivery day. Please ensure you contact info@nxsstudio.com.au 48 hours prior the scheduled delivery date if you require to re-schedule.

Lead Times

As NXS Studio products are handcrafted in Australia, depending on the demand of the purchase, the current lead time is approximately 12 - 14 weeks on upholstered pieces. Any of our homeware products may require an estimated 2 - 3 weeks.

Cancellations, Returns & Refund Policy 

NXS Studio holds high standards when it comes to our bespoke products. Our trusted team members oversee and examine all products before they are sent out to the customer. Should a product arrive in an unacceptable condition, please ensure you send through an enquiry email to info@nxsstudio.com.au as this needs to be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If one of our team members has not been notified within 48 hours of delivery, NXS Studios holds no responsibility for any damaged products.

The email should include:

  • Invoice No.

  • Customers Full Name 

  • Descriptive Enquiry 

  • Clear Photographs of the Damages 

 

Once your email has been delivered, one of our friendly team members will assess the damages and contact you further with possible solutions.

Please note that all items are photographed prior to dispatch. 

Change of Mind -

If the customer wishes to cancel an order, all of our products will be subject to a 50% order cancellation fee.

Warranty 

Furniture  

All NXS sofas are backed by up to 10 years structural warranty & 2 years fabric warranty.

Homewares 

All NXS homewares are backed with 1 month warranty.
